See what I did there? Anyway, this week I’m going to be writing about some wine that I’ve made. I don’t know nearly as much about wine as I do about beer, but like most people who make wine, I’ve only done it from kits. These kits are pretty foolproof. The main thing I’m going to be trying to get across this week is that if you brew beer, you should try making a batch of wine.
I’ve only done two batches of wine. Traditional wine, anyway. I’ve already written about the mead that I’ve made, but I have yet to do tasting notes and I also have an update on the one batch, Amy and Mitch’s Second Anniversary Mead, which is still in process.
