Hopefully I didn’t lose you during Soda Week. It’s back to normal this week. I’m planning to brew on Tuesday and I’ll need to get a batch update in at some point (preview: lots of bottling) but the rest of the week will be lots of old batches.
I’m hoping to do another week of tasting notes soon. This time, though, with all vintage (read: old) beers (that probably shouldn’t be kept around this long). To get to that, though, I want to cover the recipes and other details of all of those beers first.
